Bold Connections
What does better collaboration look like?
The 21st century needs more collaboration.
So why does this remain one of the hardest things to get right?
Radical collaboration
Partnership that works means knowing your value and strengths, whilst being willing to release control, and to build trust with other organisations and leaders who share your central mission.
On the big economic, cultural, social, environmental and design challenges of our time – not one of us is better than all of us. This isn’t a dewy-eyed hippy fantasy; this is all of our imperative to get it right, and to share knowledge.
Managing risk
Yet ideas are powerful and valuable assets, so you have to think constructively about how to create win/win situations – where due credit and reward is given and everyone has a meaningful part of the jigsaw.
Example questions we have helped clients to answer:
- Could you co-design a project with your competition?
- What does ‘superfusion’ of creative thinking and scientific expertise look like at scale?
- How do you protect your business and boost income whilst sharing your ideas with as many people as possible?
The always possible team have been working to establish partnerships, working groups and collaborative teams for many years.
From co-design to peer-learning, community innovation to joint ventures- our staff and associates have walked the walk, and want to share ideas with you.
