Inclusive Futures: Celebrating International Women’s Day with the School of Business and Law

Join the University of Brighton for a special event hosted by the School of Business and Law in celebration of International Women’s Day!

This free two-hour gathering is open to students, staff and local business professionals. Featuring insightful talks and engaging discussions, it will highlight the theme of “Inspire Inclusion”. 

The event will kick off with a presentation by Clare Griffithsfounder of Thrive, an impact-led business dedicated to empowering women.

Following Clare’s presentation, there will be a panel discussion on women in leadership, where Sheila Flavell, Chief Operating Officer, FDM Group LtdBecci Newton, Director, Public Policy Research, Institute for Employment Studies; and Katerina Papavasileiou, Director, ESG & Responsibility, Federated Hermes Limited, will share their perspectives on fostering inclusivity in leadership roles.

The event will be facilitated by Richard Freeman, CEO, always possible.
