An announcement about the future

We’re changing

Over the coming weeks, at always possible and The Possibility Club we will be transforming the way we work with people across the UK and beyond.

And we’re really excited to invite you in a bit closer.

always possible is about what people do and how people make stuff happen.

Our simpler consultancy offer has one mission, and that is to help people – and places – make the best decisions they can.

By joining-up evidence, energy and common-sense thinking we can connect communities to policy-makers and infrastructure to entrepreneurialism.

What do we support people to do?

  • get the best minds in the room
  • secure resources
  • tell better stories
  • measure impact
  • manage growth
  • make decisions
  • get stuff done
  • innovate

We would like to keep you updated on how our clients are shaping the world, and what models of best practice look like.

And we’d like to invite you to the regular collaborative professional development events we run, with partners such as The Institute of Physics, University of Brighton and Royal Society of Arts.

What does that look like?

Through interactive workshops, long-form evaluation and co-designed mentoring, we help ambitious teams work beyond the obvious and get from A to B quicker.

With a laser focus on what works, we can help scale ideas quickly and to zone-in on solving the knotty problems.

Who commissions always possible?

Our current clients come from construction, the arts, local government, engineering, education, high-growth technology, heritage, science, the voluntary sector, transport and elsewhere.

The people we help to power-up are curious about the future and want to create a plan.

The Possibility Club is about how people think and inspireshape and
influencelearn and create change.

We are building a community of ordinary people from around the world, doing extraordinary things.

People who are determining the future of business, culture, education and community by trying things out, taking risks and collaborating with others.

What do we support people to do?

  • ask questions
  • find answers
  • connect with useful strangers
  • identify opportunities
  • showcase their ideas
  • get access to change-makers

Each month, we gather around a new critical theme to focus our thinking and questioning into new depths.
