He is Chair of Gamification Europe, an annual conference for gamification practitioners as well as being Practice Director (Gamification) at Intelestream Inc. a Chicago based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) product development and consulting firm which recently launched Splash, a gamified onboarding and goal setting app for SugarCRM.
