We undertake short, long-form and consultative evaluation projects; feasibility studies; research and positioning commissions; reviews; audits and impact assessments.
Your work is something to be proud of, so your customers and funders need to know how, why and where it works best. The best teams also learn from mistakes and missed targets – any idea worth pursuing is hard work before it is truly transformative.

FOR ALL SHAPES AND SIZES
always possible evaluators have a wealth of experience – in the public, private, voluntary and social enterprise sectors. Our evaluation team includes teachers, psychologists, business leaders, artists and academics.
We can test the impact of your ideas, and help you to make future decisions based on evidence and information – not just guesswork. We can research your market, your position and test your hunches.
If something is not working, we can help you work out why and what to do next.
If you think that your work is changing lives and creating exceptional value, we can help you prove it.
Want to know what your customers actually think about you?
A typical always possible project has three stages:
Focus 1 – a wide examination; looking at any available existing data and making sense of the context of your business challenge. We reflect back with a visual ‘You Are Here’ map and invite you to confirm/challenge any assumptions or questions being formed at the early stage.
Focus 2 – a deeper interrogation; collecting new data, talking to people who interact with your business. We reflect back with headline data and a short set of slides showing our direction of travel and a clearer suggestion of what recommendations might be.
Focus 3 – final visual summary drawing on every stage so far, including any feedback given when presenting back. Using the data and any available research to answer the questions agreed in Focus 2. Every statement based on the pattern of judgement // evidence // impact. We submit a full evaluation report, executive summary and set of strategic recommendations.
Our reports are beautifully presented, visual, in plain English and co-designed with you to speak clearly to your stakeholders.
Our methods are sensitive, creative, reliable and adapted to fit your specific context.
