Richard Freeman’s special guest this week is Patrice Camille Stephens
Patrice is our youngest podcast subject to date – a 24 year old entrepreneur who is blazing a trail in the business of communications for black millennials in London.
Following a number of internships, marketing jobs and a degree in advertising and PR, Patrice founded Pink Ship – a digital marketing agency that gets under the skin of urban youth culture in the UKs big cities.
Within a short time, Patrice had built a team and a growing a client-base in the world of cosmetics, retail, fashion and music.
Richard first met Patrice when she was 15 and attended a youth club in north west London, at which he was a youth worker developing a number of projects in film, music, theatre and heritage. This is the first time they’ve spoken in about nine years, and they explore her journey into business, the opportunities and challenges for young entrepreneurs and the rapidly changing landscape of mass communication in the internet age.
The Possibility Club is more than a podcast, but a network of creative people forging a path for good in the world. Why don’t you join us for free at thepossibilityclub.org
