ARE YOU A voluntary, community, faith or social enterprise (VCSE) helping Surrey residents?

Do you want to be part of the future of local community services in Surrey?

Join Surrey’s Asset Network this April 2025 for a free series of workshops. Learn how to showcase your value, collaborate effectively, connect with decision-makers, and maximise social value commissioning opportunities.

WHAT IS LASTING IMPACT?

Surrey’s Asset Network gets VCSE’s working together to support Surrey residents. It helps organisations to be recognised as local assets work closely with Surrey County Council to access funding and shape services, while making their impact visible and relevant to commissioners.

The network is proud to launch its first series of development workshops led by leading social value experts, designed to support VCSEs in working more collaboratively and innovatively.

Three free Lasting Impact workshops take place from 7th to 29th April.

Join other providers from across the county. Learn how to develop and update business models to respond to the county’s priorities for future funding, and make the most of future opportunities for social value commissioning.

WHY TAKE PART?

  • Training and support from some of the top experts in charity and social enterprise leadership
  • Help to work more collaboratively and innovatively
  • Understand how to get your organisation working to county systems priorities, and make the most of Social Value commissioning opportunities
  • Supporting business model development, building capacity and financial sustainability

Quite quickly I put a project we’re about to start in focus. I was able to use that to start preparing a communications plan covering all stakeholders, and the plan will definitely be more comprehensive as a result of the session.
