Mentoring & Workshops

Helping small businesses to navigate the future

Our engagement programmes, business mentoring and skills workshops are for growing businesses that are looking ahead.

We design and curate multi-stakeholder projects that cut-through to the businesses we rely on for economic prosperity.

Our pool of specialist experts in digital transformation, business planning, social impact, growth and productivity provide smart, fun, current training and mentoring that works.

Targeted support that gets to where it’s needed

Since 2015, we have delivered over £2m of business-focused engagement programmes – funded by ERDF, HM Government, local authority pooled business rates, ESRC and other economic development funds.

We have engaged over 350 micro and SME businesses, through programmes designed for and by female founders, projects to support Black and Asian entrepreneurs, grant support and big workshop programmes focused on collaboration, creative thinking and digital transformation.

Today I received approval of our grant application. I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your help in making this happen!

It’s an enormous help and I’m thrilled to be able to benefit as a business from the grant; the equipment the grant enables me to acquire is vital to our future growth.

Lewis Bacon, Regenersoil

I am so pleased to have spoken to you, as you have inspired me and given me the confidence to continue doing what I am doing and be proud to show off my work. I did try tagging yesterday and I got some positive feedback which was great!

Thank you again for all your help and support. I will keep you posted of my progress.
