Designed for business owners and senior leaders of small and medium-sized businesses, Help to Grow: Management is a 12-week course that helps your business reach its full potential.

always possible is proud to sponsor a number of placements for under-represented businesses. We will pay half of the £750 course fee (£375) for businesses that are female-led, ethnic minority-led, or a CIC.

Invest in yourself and your business with a 90% subsidised management course. Help to grow management course

Help to Grow: Management is 90% subsidised by the government and usually costs just £750. You can take part around your existing work commitments and access learning through a blend of online and face-to-face sessions.

The course is offered across East and West Sussex by The University of Brighton’s School of Business and Law.

Delivered in collaboration with industry experts and experienced entrepreneurs, the course covers strategies for growth and innovation, digital adoption, leading high-performance teams, financial management and responsible business practices. You’ll also create a bespoke growth plan for your business.

Current 2023 courses are running in Brighton, Hastings and Gatwick.
