And new ideas about co-working and mixed-use commercial leases are reshaping high streets all over the UK.

We are assembling an easy-to-use guide to 21st century high street workspace – identifying property, working out costs, making the business case, and understanding who will use it. Cost-effective workshops, training and consultancy will also be available.
