The Brighton Paradox – new event added to series
The success of the first eight episodes of The Brighton Paradox has led to numerous debates and sparked big conversations.
Our first two sold-out events – KEEPING BRIGHTON WEIRD? and FIXING THE ECOSYSTEM? were full of lively debate, bright ideas and everyone went away with plenty of food for thought.
PAYING IT FORWARD? has now been postponed. It will take place at Whitehawk FC, likely in Spetember, and will explore new generational disruption – how we make space for young people to shape, lead and disrupt.
Also, a new date has been added to the series! COMMUNITY POWER? will take place at the Big Beach Cafe on July 13th and will be facilitated by Sue Johnson from Friends of Hove Lagoon. The event will look at how to harness the energy of everyone, everywhere to shape the future.
Book below for next two events – they are free and everyone is welcome.
But be mindful – these are not passive encounters. If you come along, you are part of the future, and accountable for change!
We are also absolutely thrilled to announce that The Brighton Paradox ❤️ Big-Hearted Community Auction, which ended earlier this month, raised £3,000 for Rockinghorse Children’s Charity and The Brighton and Hove Food Partnership.
We’re incredibly grateful for those who donated fantastic experiences and one-offs and thankful to everyone who placed bids to help two vital local charities.
