The Confident Business series resources – new audio guides
The Confident Business series is underway. It has been designed to provide the tools and knowledge for business owners wanting to adapt their business model; and to help them survive and thrive beyond 2022.
The five month programme, which is led by the Business & IP Centre (BIPC) Brighton & Hove and delivered by Brighton Chamber and always possible includes workshops (online), peer-to-peer networking (in-person), and 1:1 sessions with business experts.
A series of four short audio guides will complement the series.

Drawing on the Business Model Canvas model and guiding you through why you need to know who your ideal customer is and how to be sure they trust you to meet their needs in ways your competitors can’t.
