Business Boost: Grants
How would a cash investment of up to £10,000 help prepare your business for what’s next?
Are you an SME looking to expand? Do you need financial support and expert advice to get your business growing? We are here to help.
South East Business Boost (SEBB) Grants of up to £10,000 are available to small to medium sized businesses in East Sussex.
The aim of the fund is to provide capital investment grants to boost sustainability and increase employment. Improve business resilience, profitability and competitiveness.
Do you have a project idea that is
- Between £3334 and £35,000
- Capital spending that will have a long-term impact on your business
- Going to mean new growth for your business
- Going to lead to any of the following:
- improvements in productivity
- new jobs
- new products or services
If so, the always possible team are on hand to help you develop your idea and maximise the impact of the grant.

The SEBB Grant programme ends in December 2022. There is now only a limited amount of funding remaining for businesses in East Sussex to apply for. From 1st August 2022, registrations will be placed on a holding list. This means applications after 1st August 2022 will be accepted dependent on the amount of funding remaining, and proposals will need to meet spending restrictions to confirm they can complete the project spending and claim by 1st November 2022.
To find out more on how this will work and how always possible can support your idea, please join one of our weekly Zoom information sessions.

***Please note that if you are already taking part in other SEBB-funded programmes such as Big Ambitions or Ready to Grow (with Digital Islands) then you may not be eligible for this support. Please notify us when you apply if this is the case.***
