SPOTLIGHT: SUPERLOOPER
SuperLooper was founded by Jenny Barrett whose previous experience running a children’s clothing company got her thinking about the problem of over-consumption and whether there was a better way. Her innovation to bring baby clothing into the circular economy work on a subscription model – members receive 15-20 items of baby clothing per month that can be returned to the Loop when outgrown, saving money, and significantly reducing waste.
Circular economy pioneers SuperLooper felt more confident and clear to communicate their story, offering and vision online following 1:1 mentoring support from the always possible team.
SuperLooper were awarded Best Clothing Loop at the Gold Organic Baby Awards 2022; the judging panel proclaimed them them “a trail blazing company for slow consumerism”. In addition to the gold award, Superlooper were also recognised in the Best Gift Innovation and Best Gift for New Parents categories.
At the Marie Claire Sustainability Awards SuperLooper were selected by a panel of over 50 high-profile sustainability experts in two categories, going on to win Best Sustainable Small Business (Kids).
SuperLooper have also won best Baby Clothing Rental Company UK at the Parent & Baby Awards.
