always possible helped Tigfusion’s management team to secure funding to purchase extra equipment to help the growth of the company. The company knew the direction that they wanted to go in but didn’t have the funding they needed. always possible’s grant mentor teams helped the business navigate the economic growth funding landscape to get the capital investment needed.
always possible are delighted that Tigfusion continues its successful business growth and are rapidly expanding. They have expanded into new premises with a new 5 axis CNC machine that enables them to produce more high quality, precision made, ultra-high vacuum chambers to keep up with increasing demand.
They have launched a new apprenticeship scheme to encourage aspiring vacuum engineers to take up a vocational opportunity and continue to expand their team. In addition Tigfusion has been recently awarded a significant long-term Science and Technology Facilities Council contract to manufacture Vacuum chambers and fabrications.
