She has a wealth of skills acquired from 15 years of working across marketing, internal communications, training, operational, and business change for one of the largest energy companies in the UK.
Davina brings together insight from corporate, community and small business, identifying the link between certain behaviours and retention; implementing behavioural strategies to improve customer service interactions.
She has designed and implemented continuous improvement programmes that have resulted in the successful promotion of value adding services and products.
Davina holds a DM Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing, a Diploma in Management from the Chartered Management Institute and a BSc combined honours degree in Zoology and Genetics.
