Emma joined the always possible team in 2020 and is a specialist in business growth and strategy, workshop facilitation, and grant and tender writing.

Background

For over 15 years, Emma led major pursuits and bids, sales and process improvement projects, training programmes, workshop facilitation and coaching in the private sector. She’s worked for KPMG, WSP and in the creative and digital industries before setting up Mindsetup in 2019 and has experience across the private, public and voluntary sectors. She is an independent business consultant who helps business owners and employees become more efficient, productive and resilient to make small businesses more effective.

Qualifications

Emma holds a Diploma from the Open University in Environment & Sustainable Development.

Awards and Titles

Emma was appointed as a Fellow of the RSA and an f:Entrepreneur in 2020. She has been the Chair of the Board for Grassroots Suicide Prevention since 2019 and a Board Member for the Brighton Chamber of Commerce since 2021.

always possible client work

Some of Emma’s client work at always possible includes working to secure business growth grants for over 40 businesses in East Sussex; mentoring and support for businesses and charities via the SEBB >BREAKTHROUGH and British Library / BIPC programmes; proposal writing and creating a Theory of Change for an arts consortium funding bid and workshop facilitation for the Local Skills Improvement Plan programme in Sussex.
