Graham Christie



Graham Christie is an accomplished global executive with over 25 years of experience in the digital, media and marketing services industries. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated an ability to found and scale businesses across different sectors and markets, consistently driving growth and innovation.


One of Graham's most significant achievements was founding and leading Big Mobile, a pioneering APAC programmatic advertising marketplace. As CEO, he envisioned and executed the strategic vision for the company, expanding it from a modest team of six to a high growth organisation of 90 employees across seven offices. Under his leadership, Big Mobile achieved a compound annual growth rate of 18%.

Graham's entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found CX360 Consultancy and Venture Builder, where he advised leadership teams on customer-led transformation. He was instrumental in helping clients like NewsCorp and Parmalat navigate market challenges and seize new opportunities. Graham also played a crucial role in guiding a tech start-up from market evaluation to a successful Series A funding round, using his ability to drive business growth from inception to scale.

At Slingshot Corporate Accelerator, Graham served as Chief Commercial Officer and Scaleup Programme Director. In this role, he was pivotal in securing multi-million-pound enterprise and government clients, significantly enhancing the accelerator's deal flow. His expertise in business strategy, entrepreneurship coaching and senior stakeholder management was invaluable in supporting and mentoring high-growth tech entrepreneurs, helping them refine their business models and achieve market success.

Before this, Graham was the Head of Mobile Publishing and Advertising at Vodafone Australia. He led the local market launch and establishment of Vodafone Live!, building and managing a cross-functional team of 30. His responsibilities included overseeing engineering, digital content, commercial operations and marketing.

Graham's earlier career included time as Group Director of Strategic Integration at McCann-Erickson / IPG, where he developed and implemented integrated marketing communications strategies across differet disciplines, including advertising, media, design, customer relations, public relations and marketing.

Skills and interests

Graham is an active mentor and volunteer. He supports founders at Block Dojo, assists UK undergraduate students through the Santander Open Academy, and mentors new business founders at the Founder Institute. His commitment to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship extends to his co-founding of Northern Beaches Innovation, a non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting tech innovation and supporting high school seniors, entrepreneurs and investors in Sydney.

Graham is the co-author of Changing The Game: The Playbook for Leading Business Transformation an award-winning book published by Wiley. This book, a comprehensive guide on business transformation, has been recognised globally for its deep understanding of strategic leadership and innovation.
