Hilary is an MCIPD qualified leadership development and change specialist. She has more than 15 years’ experience of working with leadership teams to establish the right mindsets, competencies, and practices to maximise their impact and enable them to successfully navigate and deliver growth and change for themselves and their organisations.
Drawing on her own experience as a senior business leader and OD professional, Hilary designs and delivers bespoke programmes and interventions to build high performance leadership teams at all levels, and help them realise their full potential. She has worked with a range of complex organisations in the UK and internationally in both the private and public sectors, so has a strong appreciation of how different cultures and organisational environments impact on leaders and the challenges they experience.
Hilary holds a Masters in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster Business School, as well as a degree in Psychology and English from the University of Liverpool. She is accredited in a number of psychometric tools, is an experienced and accredited leadership coach, and holds qualifications in Project Management and Neuro Linguistic Programming.
