Lucy joined the always possible team in 2019 and is a specialist in supporting founder journeys, facilitating panel discussions and starting interesting conversations.

Background

Lucy loves talking to people and accidentally ended up in sales, which evolved into partner management and bringing people together to generate innovation and growth. She has worked for pre IPO starts ups in Silicon Valley, multi billion dollar technology corporates, run her own businesses and supported hundreds of founders over 5 years at Sussex Innovation Centre. Her current projects include an Innovation Fund for UWE, developing a tech community for TechSPARK, social media for Henchman Ladders and speaking to lots of amazing people with always possible.
