Matthew Searle

Matt is a director and minority shareholder of always possible, and supports the executive team with planning, financial management and communications.

Matt leads the employer relationship management and events strategy for the award-winning careers team at Henley Business School at the University of Reading. He leads a team of four and is also a tutor for placement students who are undertaking their year in industry.

Prior to this, Matt joined KPMG in March 2008 as a Global Learning and Development Co-ordinator where he managed training courses for their Global Tax Business School. He then undertook a secondment in the UK financial services marketing team and was then promoted to the UK brand management team as a project manager. Major projects included managing branding at the 2010 The Ryder Cup and masterminding KPMG’s successful Accountancy Age award submissions, winning Global Firm of the Year.

In September 2010 Matt joined the global events team managing high-level meetings and conferences all around the world on behalf of the global Chairman and his team. In June 2013, he joined the UK marketing team where he worked on public sector marketing campaigns.

Matt is a qualified marketer, a former trustee of the Students’ Union at Royal Holloway, University of London and a trustee at Manchester Metropolitan Students’ Union. He holds a degree in German from the University of London.
