Vicky Tremain

Vicky joined the always possible team in 2017 as an Associate, and was our Research, Evaluation & Design Lead between 2020-2023. She is a specialist in impact measurement, co-created evaluation with clients and their communities, and communicating impact in more accessible and exciting ways.

Vicky has 15 years’ experience working in the arts and cultural sector as a project manager, evaluator, strategist and (in another lifetime) as a teacher.

Vicky brings her previous experience working frontline on projects to designing impact evaluation. She designed and ran a membership scheme for life-limited children and their families (Brighton Dome and Chestnut Tree House Hospice), managed the UK’s largest ‘big read’ for children (Young City Reads) and has worked closely with public libraries on fundraising and communications strategy.

Vicky is passionate about authenticity of evaluation and research, enabling and protecting youth voice, and supporting organisations to shout about the change they make.
