Will is a versatile professional with considerable experience of the UK non-profit and creative sectors. At always possible he has worked with clients on fundraising, business development, evaluation and theory of change with clients including Institute of Physics and Fareshare. He has professional interests in diversity in the arts, sustainable and ethical food and green technology.

Will is also Funding Manager at Esmee Fairbairn Foundation – one the UK’s largest independent funders, Board member of live music access charity Attitude is Everything, Funding Consultant to Youth Music, and a freelance Grants Assessor for a wide range of funders and agencies including The Mayor of London, Office for Civil Society, National Emergencies Trust Covid-19 response, Department for Culture, Media and Sport, and The Home Office (via London Community Foundation), the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust and People’s Health Trust.
