You are the experts in your business.
But what if you had critical friends on-hand to boost your confidence and clarity, when ideas or planning start to get muddled?
always possible facilitators and researchers understand the processes, emotions, logic, complications and politics of decision-making in business. We also understand how to translate effective models of decision-making for you and your team.
Your decision-making is affected by so many different factors, and sometimes you need to trust the evidence and sometimes you need to trust your gut – but when, and how, and with whom?
Our associates and specialist facilitators bring together a wealth of experience – amongst them, entrepreneurs, former lawyers, fundraisers, artists, marketeers, teachers, technologists, academic researchers, public engagement specialists and policy makers. That’s thousands of hours of effective decision-making (and learning from bad decisions – so you can avoid them).
We’ll do our homework.
Once you have decided to work with us, one of our senior team will take time to get to know you. We will read about you, talk to you, look at your digital profile – developing a clear understanding of your organisation and your ambitions.
We will understand your organisational structure and the way you currently make decisions, alongside your operational practices, and the skills that drive your offer.
Based on this information, we develop a first draft proposal. We design this with you – articulating where we can get you to in the time and budget available that guarantees a tangible, useful and practical set of outcomes.
People. It’s always people.
You will be given a named relationship manager from the senior team, who will ensure that we meet your needs throughout any piece of work. Then you’ll be introduced to any other specialist associates who will be supporting your project.
Our workshops are co-designed with you. You will know what the return on investment will be from the beginning and there are no surprises with outcomes, cost or impact. We’ll give you a project plan or workshop plan, depending on how we’re working together.
If it is an evaluation or research project, we’ll break-down the whole development process. You will always know what we are discovering as we go; it has to work for you, and all of your stakeholders, at every stage.
With the three focus model, you know there are no shocks at the end of a piece of work –
- FOCUS 1: understanding what change you want to see and how, when and from whom you are going to see it
- FOCUS 2: interrogating new data and asking the important questions
- FOCUS 3: presenting information in an engaging way for all audiences
At the end, your critical decisions will be easier to make. We promise.
