For every decision-making workshop bought by an ambitious business, we’ll give 2-hours of critical business support to a non-profit team
We each make up to 35,000 decisions per day.
So do you.
“Is seven coffees too many?”
“Should we really write a blog about giving away business support”
Well, it turns out no and yes.
Since 2014, always possible has provided critical decision-making support to
3,200 pupils in 76 schools
26 charities and social enterprises
19 colleges, training providers & universities
8 growth-oriented businesses
7 arts festivals and venues
6 local councils
Better decision-making has led to our clients increasing sales, building more diverse workforces, new collaborations, £millions in new funding, more confident branding and buckets of increased social value.
But, we’re just getting going.
For every one of our in-house decision-making workshops purchased online, you can gift a 2-hour transformative mentoring session to a charity or social enterprise of your choice.
We want to grow our offer, and work with more brilliant people.
We put a huge amount of time, design and expertise into every session we deliver, and that costs money – but we know that some businesses can’t afford us.
Our transparent sliding-scale of pricing already recognises size and type of business, yet we can do more.
So, we’re going to try something with your help.
When you book a workshop, an additional session can then be donated to your favourite non-profit business.
If you run a non-profit, then this is an ideal way for one of your sponsors to benefit from supporting you.
If Sam runs a growing technology business but is struggling to make decisions about building a team, she could book an always possible workshop to unpick different practical approaches to move the business forward.
At the same time, Sam could donate a 1:1 support session for the manager of a local hospice – who has been having a similar challenge. The value of that session ends up saving the hospice over £1,000 in time and recruitment costs and gets Sam a VIP invite to the Christmas party.
TJ has recently started a social enterprise, stopping unsold toys from going to landfill, up-cycling them for schools and nurseries. He needs help making decisions about his pitch and marketing messages – but doesn’t know where to start.
TJ suggests to one of his manufacturing suppliers that an always possible workshop would help them make decisions about their social value commitments in all areas of the business – something they have struggled with. When they book , they can also buy a 1:1 surgery on marketing decisions for TJ.
Why would you want a workshop?
In our workshops, everything is practical and connected to live situations – and we help people work out when and how to use emotion or logic, gut feelings or data in the daily big decisions.
Noise quickly becomes a plan.
Fog becomes a commitment to try something.
