How would you build a live music scene, if you were in charge?
[sg_popup id=”7764″ event=”hover”]
Over the next few months, we’ll be asking Worthing residents, promoters, venue owners, musicians, music lovers and journalists about the future of live music in Worthing.
What is the appetite for live music in the town?
Who are the audiences? What’s new and emerging?
Which venues are succeeding? What’s missing?
We will share with you the headlines of what we find.
A detailed report will also be created for local youth music charity, Audio Active and Worthing Borough Council, who have co-commissioned this piece of research. The report will be used to help make key decisions about future investment and decision-making in the local music industry.
We need your input, no matter how big or small.
Tell us your vision and your ideas for a thriving live music scene.
Tell us what is working and who the real champions are.
What’s not working? And what is getting in the way for certain artists or audiences?
